About the role
Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. In this entry‑level position you will help customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice.
Key responsibilities
- Identify clients’ financial objectives and assess their current situation.
- Provide sound, compliant financial advice and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Build lasting relationships through consultative selling and proactive follow‑up.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Matriculation Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
