About the role
Seattle Coffee Company is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a group of coffee stores. You will be responsible for preserving the welcoming "third place" atmosphere while driving performance, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Live the brand vision and mission, ensuring they are reflected in every barista and store.
- Develop and mentor store leadership through a stewardship‑styled approach, empowering them to excel.
- Maintain high operational and financial standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Build strong relationships with support desks to ensure clear communication and support for all baristas and stores.
- Collaboratively plan to address regional needs and improve overall rhythm.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
- Strong operations‑management background.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and strategic‑thinking abilities.
- Effective time‑management and customer‑service focus.
