Area CX Learning & Development Lead

About the role

Join Maersk as the Area CX Learning & Development Lead and shape the future capability profile for our Customer Experience (CX) teams. You will work closely with the Area Head of CX and the Head of CX Excellence to design and deliver competency development roadmaps, onboarding programmes, and training initiatives that drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
• Assess competency gaps and define learning requirements through analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Design, build and launch L&D programmes in partnership with the global L&D community and business experts.
• Facilitate onboarding, upskilling and reskilling sessions as trainer or facilitator.
• Implement performance evaluation methods and metrics to measure knowledge transfer and business outcomes.
• Promote a learning culture, drive engagement, and ensure adoption of L&D initiatives.
• Maintain a local learning content repository for on‑demand access.
• Manage the L&D budget for the Area CX function.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification (highly preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven L&D experience, preferably in logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and change‑management capabilities.
