Arabic‑Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team at WNS Global Services. You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing accurate information about our client’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable and trustworthy customer service in Arabic and English.
• Identify customer needs and deliver high‑quality support.
• Investigate, resolve and process a high volume of enquiries following clear guidelines.
• Escalate queries or complaints to the appropriate channels promptly.
• Promote and cross‑sell products where applicable to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain and secure customer records using internal information systems.
• Achieve personal targets and contribute to team success.
• Adhere to company policies, standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 6‑12 months of customer service experience.
• 6‑12 months of call‑centre experience.
• Neutral accent with excellent verbal and written Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Effective email handling and good typing speed.
