Appointment Setter – B2B Cold Calling (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Appointment Setter to join our growing business development team. This full‑time position is entirely outbound, focusing on cold‑calling, prospecting, and securing qualified appointments with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective client companies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of target accounts.
• Make 80–150+ outbound cold calls daily.
• Engage senior decision‑makers such as CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors.
• Qualify opportunities and book appointments.
• Follow up through multiple touchpoints and keep accurate CRM records.
• Consistently meet activity, pipeline, and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Strong lead‑generation and prospect‑list building skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone abilities.
• Resilient, persistent and comfortable handling rejection.
• Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home‑working environment.
