Application Programmer – Rapid Response Team

About the role

The Application Programmer will join Doxim's Rapid Response Team (RRT), a specialised group that implements technical changes and supports existing document‑processing applications. You will work on move/add/change requests, enhance established solutions, and ensure they continue to meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing document processing applications delivered by the implementation team.
• Implement move/add/change requests typically ranging from 3 to 20 hours of effort.
• Modify workflows, templates, and page objects using Sefas, Exstream Dialogue, Python and Linux‑based tools.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to document workflows, processing logic and data handling.
• Address high‑priority “blocker” tickets to restore normal processing or resolve urgent operational problems.
• Collaborate directly with Customer Service Representatives to gather requirements, clarify details and deliver solutions.

Required profile

• Strong technical foundation with experience in document composition systems.
• Ability to work independently in a sprint‑based environment without traditional project management support.
• Curiosity and analytical mindset to investigate issues and deliver high‑quality solutions.
