  • Support training: provide AML/CFT/CPF materials to L&D, promote staff participation, establish a question channel and assist with Financial Crime Month.
  • Conduct risk monitoring, random sample testing and assurance testing of adherence to policies and of new AML products and channels.

Required profile

  • 5 years' experience in an FSB-regulated business and 5 years in financial crime or compliance.
  • Post-matric degree in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal or a similar field.
  • CAMS certification and prior approval from the FIC and the Reserve Bank as an AMLCO.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF policies, national and international AML/CFT legislation, FATF 40 recommendations, sanctions and PEP screening, and data protection.
