About the role
Old Mutual is recruiting an Advancing Financial Adviser covering Newcastle, Vryheid and surrounding areas. The role suits someone with a proven track record in financial services who wants to grow their career.
Required profile
- Minimum of Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
- At least 12 months of financial services experience as a Financial Adviser.
- Completion of the Long-term Insurance Class of Business.
- Additional FAIS requirements such as Investments Class of Business, RE5 and an FSCA-approved qualification are advantageous.
- Valid driver's licence and own car, and a clear criminal and credit check.
Required skills
- Consultative selling, strategic selling and sales data management.
- Sales software and oral communications.
- Identifying customer needs and sales opportunities, and turning customer engagements into sales.
