Analyst: Human Capital Information Systems

About the role

The Analyst for Human Capital Information Systems drives optimisation of HCIS to ensure accurate and efficient people‑management data and analytics. The role analyses People Management data, generates quality reports, supports management processes and guarantees data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and analyse People Management reports, including exception, statistical and statutory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain the organisational structure in SAP, handling creation, modification, deletion of positions and ensuring audit trails.
• Implement data governance, conduct regular data audits, develop databases for efficient categorisation and report on data trends.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into HCIS analytics solutions, support system enhancements and provide user training.
• Participate in HR system testing, review test cases, perform user acceptance testing and compile testing packs for production deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Human Resources Management or related field.
• SAP HCM certification; SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, ITIL or Power BI certifications are advantageous.
• At least 4 years of experience in a Human Capital Information Systems environment, with a minimum of 1 year focused on data management.
• Proven experience in People Management reporting and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Analytics.
