AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Trainer to deliver high‑quality virtual training to clients in the UK and US time zones. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences that help participants apply AI concepts to real‑world problems while acting as a Subject Matter Expert for our training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual AI training sessions that meet industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain a Trainer Satisfaction Score (TSAT) of 88% or higher.
• Gather and act on learner feedback to continuously improve training quality.
• Contribute to course design and client programmes as an AI SME.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support learning initiatives.
• Conduct peer observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools and best practices.
• Enable learners to translate theoretical AI concepts into practical applications.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks and AI/ML development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work across Europe, UK and US time zones.
