AI Technical Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Technical Trainer to deliver high‑quality virtual training sessions for clients in the UK and US. You will design engaging learning experiences that help participants apply AI concepts to real‑world problems while acting as a subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual AI training sessions aligned with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain a Trainer Satisfaction Score (TSAT) of 88% or higher.
• Gather learner feedback and continuously improve training content.
• Contribute to course design and client programs as an AI SME.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support broader learning initiatives.
• Conduct peer observations and provide actionable feedback.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data‑processing frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks and AI/ML development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work across Europe, UK, and US time zones.
