AI Technical Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Technical Trainer to deliver high‑quality virtual training sessions for clients in the UK and US time zones. The role combines teaching, curriculum design, and subject‑matter expertise to help learners apply AI concepts in real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions aligned with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain a Trainer Satisfaction Score (TSAT) of 88% or higher.
• Use learner feedback and trainer insights to continuously improve training quality.
• Act as an AI Subject Matter Expert, contributing to course design and client programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support learning initiatives.
• Conduct peer observations and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Enable learners to translate theoretical AI concepts into practical applications.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data‑processing frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks and AI/ML development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and data teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to work across Europe, UK, and US time zones.
