About the role

Tsebo Solutions Group is looking for an AI Agent Developer to join its technology and AI team in Sandton, Gauteng. The role focuses on turning business needs into secure, scalable, production‑ready AI solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will design and deliver AI agents, copilots and intelligent automation that drive real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and copilots.
• Build Microsoft‑based automation solutions.
• Develop prompts, workflows and integrations.
• Integrate AI with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams.
• Work with Azure AI services and business applications.
• Translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Test and deploy production‑ready solutions.
• Improve AI performance and user experience.
• Support AI standards and governance.
• Create reusable AI frameworks and best practices.

Required profile

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL‑400) certification.
• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI‑102) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, automation, solution or platform engineering.
• Hands‑on experience building AI solutions in Microsoft cloud environments.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related field (advantageous).
