Advancing Financial Adviser (Level 3)

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking an Advancing Financial Adviser (Level 3) to join its team in Thohoyandou. The role focuses on delivering consultative financial advice, building strong customer relationships, and identifying sales opportunities within the banking and financial advice sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative selling sessions to understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure a high level of customer service throughout the advisory process.
• Identify and qualify prospects, probing questions to uncover sales opportunities.
• Maintain and analyse sales data using appropriate sales software tools.
• Strengthen customer relationships through strategic selling and effective communication.

Required profile

• Education: NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
• Appointment will be made in line with Old Mutual’s Employment Equity Plan.
