Commissioned Financial Adviser (Full‑time)

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a self‑motivated Commissioned Financial Adviser to join its team in Thohoyandou. In this full‑time position you will help customers achieve their lifetime financial goals by understanding their needs, providing sound advice and delivering tailored financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Provide consultative financial advice and implement “fit for purpose” plans.
• Generate new business through prospecting and lead conversion.
• Expand sales of existing products and services to current customers.
• Manage sales data and maintain accurate records using the company’s sales software.

Required profile

• Minimum NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for customer‑focused selling.
• Ability to work independently on own leads and build lasting client relationships.
