About the role
One of South Africa's leading agricultural trading organisations is seeking a detail‑driven Administrative Coordinator (Sales) to join its team in Stellenbosch. The role oversees contract, invoicing and commission administration for a busy sales division, collaborating with clients, suppliers, marketers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and issue sales contracts to clients and suppliers.
- Collect unsigned contracts, manage the monthly Nedbank audit, and store PODs, invoices, and signed contracts.
- Perform monthly commission reconciliations and analyse profit calculations.
- Invoice clients and create new client records in the system.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or financial role.
- A relevant degree is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent planning, organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under high‑pressure, peak periods.
