Accredited Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

The Accredited Trainer is responsible for delivering high‑quality training to a specific divisional portfolio. Using the Group L&D Solutions framework, the role ensures training aligns with business objectives and meets SETA accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accredited and non‑accredited course content to permanent and non‑permanent staff.
• Develop training inputs in collaboration with the L&D team, People Partners and business stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with SETA requirements, National Qualifications Framework (NQF) unit standards and associated credits.
• Work closely with L&D Design and Development to translate instructional design into effective delivery.
• Provide professional, proficient training experiences that support business outcomes.

Required profile

• Accredited trainer status recognized by SETA.
• Strong understanding of NQF unit standards and credit allocation.
• Ability to collaborate with L&D designers, People Partners and business units.
• Experience delivering training to diverse employee groups.

Required skills

• Accreditation in SETA‑approved training delivery.
• Knowledge of National Qualifications Framework (NQF) standards.
• Proficiency in using training delivery frameworks and instructional materials.
