About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Accountant to join the finance team of an established hospitality company. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial reports and budget variances.
- Handle VAT and other statutory submissions.
- Manage fixed assets, creditors, and debtors.
- Coordinate audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Required profile
- BCom Accounting or related finance degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Ability to lead and develop a small finance team.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAGE 300 (advantageous).
