Account Manager – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a fast‑growing US‑based performance marketing agency that serves healthcare organisations. Working remotely from South Africa, you will act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and generate measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and build long‑term trusted relationships.
• Lead client onboarding, coordinate seamless implementation and manage project timelines, deliverables and reporting.
• Collaborate with SEO, PPC, CRM, web development and creative teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Identify upsell opportunities, maximise client value and proactively address client needs.
• Present performance results, project updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management experience in a digital or performance marketing agency.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for client success.
