Account Manager (Logistics / Supply Chain / Courier)

About the role

National Logistics / Supply Chain Company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop long‑term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connect with various stakeholders and grow revenue in line with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and drive new business development.
• Liaise between customers and cross‑functional departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Identify potential customers, conduct needs analysis, prepare proposals and close deals.
• Maintain and grow the existing customer base.
• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric; tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business is advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years proven sales or customer engagement experience in the courier/logistics sector.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Proven sales record and passion for customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software.
