Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring smooth delivery of digital campaigns, content websites and related projects. This role combines client relationship management with project coordination to meet client objectives and drive account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients, acting as the main point of contact for updates, feedback and strategic guidance.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into clear project briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget.
• Track progress against client objectives and prepare regular status, performance and budget reports.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support new‑business proposals.
• Resolve issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement of account processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of account management or client services experience in digital, marketing, advertising or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship‑building and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven project coordination experience, managing timelines, budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.

Required skills
