Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing renewable‑energy team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from the first enquiry through to a closed deal, using warm, qualified leads and a consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture warm leads, understand customer needs and position our solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver engaging product knowledge over the phone.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Background in Solar PV, renewable energy, or a related technical industry (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Positive attitude, resilience and a drive to succeed.
