Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join Fresha’s fast‑growing global team. Reporting to the Regional Manager GCC, you will work closely with the commercial team to help venue partners maximise their presence and revenue on our AI‑powered marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned merchants, overseeing onboarding, training and SaaS platform adoption.
• Optimise marketplace listings and availability to boost conversion rates and online bookings.
• Analyse performance reports and execute plans to increase monetised revenue, retention and reduce churn.
• Maintain a positive merchant experience through proactive communication and swift issue resolution.
• Gather merchant feedback to inform new product features.
• Identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or client‑facing roles within a SaaS or marketplace environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, able to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.
• Track record of meeting KPIs such as booking ratios, usage, retention and churn.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS platforms and marketplace management.
• Data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of online booking systems and digital marketing automation.
