About the role
The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring clients achieve success with our product. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and help drive adoption and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Work cross‑functionally with all stakeholders to support customer success.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
- Visit customers on-site to identify growth opportunities within the platform.
- Manage reporting on the health of customer accounts.
Required profile
- Previous experience in account management or a client‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate solutions.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
