Account Manager – Corporate Travel (Remote, UK)

About the role

FCM is seeking an Account Manager to oversee revenue retention and growth for its largest corporate travel customers in the UK. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and FCM, ensuring service level agreements are met and travel policies are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow revenue from existing corporate accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Negotiate commercial terms and supplier deals in line with client travel policies.
• Develop and execute business plans that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support new account acquisition.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of client/account relationship or sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of business travel operations and travel policies.
• Excellent time‑management, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to articulate product value.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• GDS (Global Distribution System) and other travel booking platforms.
