About the role
The Young Aspiring Manager (YAM) programme at OUTsurance is a structured development pathway for current team leaders in client care. It combines formal education, mentorship, and acting managerial assignments to prepare participants for future leadership positions within the insurance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Team supervision and performance management.
- Developing and executing client interaction strategies to ensure service excellence.
- Driving operational efficiency and process improvement in a client‑care environment.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making at a supervisory level.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
- Applying OUTsurance’s human‑centric values in leadership.
Required profile
- Current role as a Team Leader within the Hastings Team.
- Minimum six months in a role that provided comprehensive product training.
- Acceptable performance in the current position.
- If in a finance‑giving role, successful completion of the relevant Regulatory Exam and holding the Full Qualification.
- No final or comprehensive final written warnings on record.
