White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in South Africa. You will focus on placing lawyers in high‑value deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 while working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to prospective candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training, meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement and negotiation.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and generate commission on deals between $25k and $100k.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness and ability to work long hours covering partial USA and UK time zones.

Required skills
