White Collar Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a driven White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team based in Cape Town. You will focus on sourcing and placing lawyers for high‑value deals, working alongside top billers and leveraging a world‑class lawyer dataset.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone outreach (approximately 3.75 hours daily) to engage potential legal candidates.
• Perform research and outreach activities (around 5 hours daily) to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (about 1 hour per day).
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• High level of drive and motivation to meet ambitious targets.
• Willingness to work long hours, covering partial USA business hours.

Required skills

• Base salary of ZAR 35,000‑40,000 per month.
