About the role
Clicks Group is hiring a Wellness Assistant for its Clicks Brackenfell store in Cape Town. The role offers customers knowledgeable service and basic advice on healthcare, nutrition and supplementation so that sales can be maximised and customer loyalty built.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactivity
- Consult with customers and give suitable product advice on health and supplements
Required profile
- Matric with 50% English and 50% Maths, or 60% Maths Lit, and a pass in Physical Science or Life Science
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Selling skills and customer-related training
- Sports, fitness or nutrition qualification (desirable)
