Web & SEO Specialist – Build & Optimize Law Firm Site

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Web & SEO Specialist to own the digital presence of a boutique personal injury law firm. You will take an approved design mockup and launch a fast, responsive website that continuously generates new cases. The role sits at the intersection of web development, technical SEO and conversion optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Transform design mockups into a fully responsive website on Webflow or WordPress and manage it end‑to‑end after launch.
• Build and maintain practice‑area, location and blog pages within the CMS, ensuring optimal UX, page speed, accessibility and security.
• Own site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, XML sitemaps, redirects and Core Web Vitals optimisation.
• Implement structured data and legal schema (LegalService, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb).
• Conduct high‑intent keyword research focused on injury types and NYC locations, and optimise on‑page content for E‑E‑A‑T and YMYL standards.
• Manage Google Business Profile, local citations and map‑pack visibility.
• Lead link‑building and digital‑PR initiatives to boost domain authority.
• Run CRO experiments on intake forms, click‑to‑call and live chat to convert organic traffic into signed cases.
• Monitor GA4, Google Search Console, lead tracking and rank tracking to shape a growth roadmap.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience combining web design/build and SEO, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven track record of delivering fast, conversion‑focused websites on Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong grasp of technical, on‑page and local SEO strategies with measurable results.
• Highly organised, able to manage a full web launch independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
