About the role
The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee all night‑shift operations at the Clover Bloemfontein Distribution Branch. This role ensures that the warehouse runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently throughout the overnight period.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all warehouse activities during the night shift.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and inventory control.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimise downtime.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team‑leader role.
- Ability to work night‑shift hours and lead a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
