Warehouse Supervisor

About the role
BIL is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its logistics team. Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, the successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow across all activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to meet productivity targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare reports for the Facility Manager on performance metrics.
Required profile
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Proactive, self‑starting attitude with a focus on taking responsibility.
