Procurement Specialist – Intercompany Purchasing & Import Replenishment

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage intercompany replenishment and import logistics. The role bridges global supply flows with on‑ground execution, ensuring materials arrive on time across borders and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end intercompany replenishment flows, coordinating with distribution centres, freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal receiving teams.
• Prepare, validate and manage all import documentation, oversee customs clearance, track shipments and resolve holds or exceptions swiftly.
• Drive third‑party import replenishment by managing supplier relationships and logistics partners, maintaining real‑time visibility of goods in transit.
• Execute indirect spend purchasing: process requisitions and purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers and resolve invoice or receipt mismatches.
• Provide backup support for the Procurement Supply Chain Manager and ensure alignment with Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics and Quality stakeholders.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, simplify workflows and enhance data quality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven procurement, import logistics or supply‑chain experience in a complex, international environment.
• Hands‑on expertise in customs clearance, import documentation and incoterms.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to build bridges between Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and external partners.
• Analytical precision with a focus on data accuracy and disciplined use of ERP systems.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate bottlenecks.
