Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Cape Town branch in Paarden Eiland. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to manage a high‑volume warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
• Coordinate supply‑chain activities within the branch, including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Maizey policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain quality‑control measures and uphold customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification is essential.
• Computer literate with experience using Dynamics AX considered advantageous.
• Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and related policies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a high workload.
