Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical sector to lead our Pretoria facility. The role focuses on overseeing daily warehouse activities, maintaining strict stock control, and ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Ensure correct picking, packing, and dispatch of orders while monitoring product expiry dates and implementing stock rotation.
• Supervise warehouse staff, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
