About the role
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving fresh produce and consumable stock, ensuring accurate checks of quantities, quality, and expiration dates. This role supports the efficient flow of goods within the store.
Key responsibilities
- Receive fresh produce and consumable stock, checking quantities, quality and expiration dates.
- Move stock into the indoor receiving area.
- Transfer stock from receiving to storage locations.
- Maintain an organized receiving area and ensure proper labeling of items.
