Warehouse Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Accountant to manage stock accounting, ensure accurate inventory records, and support financial operations within our logistics environment. The role bridges finance and warehouse teams to maintain consistency between physical stock and accounting data.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stock control activities with logistics staff and the finance cost team.
• Perform daily cycle counts and monitor inventory levels for specific items or sections.
• Process and review ERP system stock accounting transactions, including inbound and outbound movements.
• Manage material risk, non‑product items, and warehouse risk control.
• Oversee material dispatches and ensure alignment between accounts and physical inventory.
• Handle scrap management, attend supplier bidding, and reconcile scrap sales with inventory records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in warehouse accounting or a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and good office proficiency.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work both independently and within a team.
