About the role

The Warden provides leadership and oversight for the student residential community at the institute. This role ensures the smooth operation of the residence, enforces accommodation rules, and supports a safe, welcoming environment for both new and continuing students.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the student residential community, ensuring compliance with college policies and accommodation regulations.
Organise welcome events and activities for new and returning students.
Oversee day‑to‑day residence operations, including health and safety compliance.
Enforce accommodation rules and address student behaviour issues in line with college policy.

Required profile

Grade 12 qualification.
Certificate in postural care (advantageous).
Minimum of 2 years experience in warden or hostel administration.
Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and First Aid training.
Valid driver’s licence.
Sound computer literacy.
