Virtual Assistant - Guest Booking

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Guest Relations & Bookings Manager to own the full guest journey for a portfolio of boutique hotels, B&Bs, and short‑term rental apartments. You will handle inquiries, reservations, and post‑stay communication, ensuring a seamless, technology‑driven experience for guests worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay across email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Manage reservations, calendar availability, and rate synchronization using Guesty and Uplisting.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, local hosts, and on‑site staff to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Google Reviews, and other OTA platforms.
• Process cancellations, amendments, no‑shows, and re‑booking requests while preventing overbookings.
• Handle OTA disputes, guest claims, and chargeback cases professionally.
• Support pricing optimization and occupancy management with revenue‑management tools.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reports, and reservation documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel operations or short‑term rental management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a guest‑centric mindset.
