Truck Driver / TLB Operator – Construction Site

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Truck Driver and TLB (Tractor Loader Backhoe) Operator to support our construction projects. The successful candidate will transport materials, operate heavy equipment, and help maintain a safe site environment.
Key responsibilities
- Transport construction materials, equipment and supplies between sites.
- Operate TLB machinery as required for loading, unloading and earth‑moving tasks.
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with general site operations when needed.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Valid TLB Operator Certificate.
- Proven experience working on construction sites.
- Good understanding of site safety regulations.
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment responsibly.
- South African ID or a valid work permit.
Required skills
