Traveling Tutor – STEM Education for Private Family

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Traveling Tutor to deliver personalised STEM education to children aged 5‑11, following the British National Curriculum (KS1‑KS2). The role involves accompanying a private family on international trips while providing high‑quality, one‑to‑one lessons in mathematics, science and coding.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver individual lessons in Mathematics, Sciences and Coding (Scratch / Python) aligned with KS1‑KS2.
• Prepare students for Mathematical Olympiad competitions and adapt teaching strategies to each child’s pace.
• Track progress, produce regular written reports for parents and adjust lesson plans as needed.
• Travel internationally with the family, ensuring seamless educational support across diverse destinations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM discipline.
• Teaching qualification preferred (QTS, PGCE or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of tutoring or teaching experience within the British curriculum (KS1‑KS2).
• Proven experience coaching Olympiad Mathematics and delivering age‑appropriate coding instruction.
• Comfortable with frequent international travel and flexible schedules.
