Travel Agent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to manage all business travel arrangements for our employees, technicians, and management team. The role involves planning and coordinating both local and international travel, ensuring bookings are accurate, cost‑effective, and delivered on time. You will also need to be available for urgent travel requests outside normal business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international travel for staff, including flights, accommodation, car hire and airport transfers.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and provide booking confirmations before departure.
• Handle last‑minute travel requests and itinerary changes.
• Manage visa applications, passport checks and stay up‑to‑date with international travel regulations.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and availability for business travel.
• Provide support before, during and after trips, resolving issues such as delays, cancellations or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate travel records, ensure compliance with company policies and process travel invoices.
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers and car rental companies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Travel Agent or in a corporate travel environment.
• Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to be on‑call for urgent travel matters during evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
