Transport Broker – Remote-friendly Logistics Role

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new profitable freight opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to increase revenue and gross profit.
• Source, evaluate and expand the approved third‑party transporter network.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end transport process from inquiry to final delivery.
• Prepare accurate quotations, rate schedules and professional proposals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, operational correspondence and transporter records.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Transport Broker or similar commercial role in South African road freight.
• Existing, active network of transport clients and/or reliable carriers.
• High level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
