About the role

We are seeking a Transport Booking Consultant to manage travel bookings and oversee logistics for coach and bus services in Gqeberha. The role involves creating itineraries, coordinating driver schedules, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process all travel bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate and oversee logistics for coach and bus services, including route planning and supplier liaison.
• Develop detailed trip plans and itineraries for various tourism packages.
• Implement and manage driver schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal resource utilisation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
• Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of tourism trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
• Utilise an agile approach to adapt to changing operational needs and client requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in managing travel bookings and transport logistics.
• Strong organisational skills for route planning and schedule management.
