Training Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Training Lead to provide strong leadership and coordination across our learning function. You will guide the training team in planning and delivering high‑quality learning programs while ensuring resources and schedules are effectively managed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support the training team to ensure effective planning and delivery of all learning programs.
• Allocate training resources, manage schedules, and oversee trainer performance for consistent high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor and coach trainers, providing feedback and development opportunities to enhance facilitation skills.
• Oversee the facilitation of onboarding, systems, soft‑skills, compliance, and client‑specific training programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to develop, update, and customise training content.
• Conduct training needs analysis, develop action plans, and monitor skill‑gap closure.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with Operations, Quality, HR, and client partners to align training with business needs and provide regular updates.
• Ensure post‑training support structures are in place for new hires and existing employees.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a training or learning environment.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop trainers.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
