About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Regional People Partner to join our HR team in Centurion, Gauteng. This full‑time, entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience supporting regional HR functions within one of Africa’s leading retail organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Regional People Partner in delivering HR initiatives across talent management, employee relations and workforce planning.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and labour‑law compliance.
• Contribute to change‑management projects and performance‑optimisation activities.
• Gather and analyse HR data to provide insights for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with senior HR professionals to develop people‑focused solutions.
