Trainee Planner – Beauty Skincare (Retail)

About the role
Our retail client in Umhlanga is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Planner focused on beauty and skincare products. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in financial planning, stock management and sales forecasting within a fast‑moving retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to support product range decisions
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor actual performance
- Manage stock levels, margins and markdowns
- Assist in developing and tracking financial plans for beauty and skincare lines
- Provide strategic input on product assortment and merchandising performance
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Planning, Merchandising or a related field
- 0 to ½ years of experience, preferably in beauty or retail
- Passion for beauty and skincare products
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport (preferred)
