About the role
Join Forvis Mazars as a Trainee Accountant and embark on a structured three‑year training programme designed to develop future Chartered Accountants (CA(SA)). You will work within a dynamic audit team, gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of industries while preparing for professional examinations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform audit procedures for clients in diverse sectors.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and work‑papers.
- Support senior auditors in identifying risks and testing controls.
- Progress through the articles programme towards CA(SA) qualification.
- Prepare for and sit the IAC and APC examinations.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or final‑year student in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Motivation to pursue the CA(SA) qualification.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
