About the role

We are seeking experienced tracers to support debt collection efforts for our clients, including debt collectors, attorney firms, and sheriffs of the court. The role offers commission‑based earnings and flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

Assist clients in resolving debt matters fairly and efficiently.
Conduct tracing activities using tablets, smartphones and relevant apps.

Required profile

Driven, determined and disciplined with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working independently and interacting with people.

Required skills

Strong verbal and negotiation abilities.
Computer literacy with ability to navigate tablets and smartphone applications.

What we offer

Commission‑based income that can exceed R 20 000 per month.
Group life benefit paying out 2× annual commission earnings, capped at R 86 000.
Comprehensive training and the ability to set your own work hours.
