Key responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression at the ticket office.
- Handling guest inquiries both in person and via phone or email, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
- Managing financial transactions accurately, including ticket sales and refunds.
- Performing administrative tasks related to transactions, such as record‑keeping and reporting.
- Providing accurate information about the venue, events, and its offerings to visitors.
